If you are new to NACD’s Board, join us in this session to learn more about your role as a new board member; if you are a seasoned Board Member, join us for a refresher on your roles and responsibilities! We’ll discuss how to navigate Annual Meeting, meet fellow board members, go over roles and responsibilities throughout the year, and answer any questions. This is a great networking opportunity to meet staff and leadership, so please plan to actively participate!
