Her 18-year tenure at the Colorado Department of Agriculture showcases her commitment to fostering collaboration between local governments and organizations, driving locally-led conservation efforts. Nikki's leadership extends to the national stage, where she serves as 2025 President on the Board of the National Association of State Conservation Agencies.
