This tour stops at
Wasatch Community Gardens, where urban spaces are transformed into vibrant green areas promoting local food production, education, and community engagement, and
Wheeler Farm, a historic working farm with an activity barn, historic outbuildings, agritourism, and opportunities to sample local food. The local conservation district is proud to partner with both farms, showcasing their profound impact on the community.
The tour will include moderate walking over paved and unpaved surfaces. February weather in Utah is unpredictable. While most of the tour will be on the bus, there are outdoor stops. Bring a coat and consider wearing waterproof shoes to stay comfortable. Drive times may be longer in inclement weather.
